Prospective congress hosts are herewith invited to submit their bids for the 11^th ICAM, to be held in 2013 as agreed at the plenary meeting in Brisbane 2008.

To be considered by the ICAM Council, bids shall include all of:

1. outlines for venue and dates, congress program, related workshops, excursions and social events;
2. specification of publishing policies (eg. peer review, digital publishing);
3. tentative budget;
4. 11^th ICAM 2013 invitation to delegates in PowerPoint limited to 5 (five) slides.

Only bids including all above items will be considered by the ICAM Council. Delegate invitations of accepted bids will be published online prior to the ICAM 2011 congress. The winning bid will be elected by voting at a plenary meeting.
