Nota bene: above conference program is tentative and still subject to change!

A few explanatory notes:

• workshops preceding the congress will end ultimately 17:00;
• the registration desk will be open on Sunday afternoon, and first three days of the conference until the end of the morning coffee break;
• every day, today’s session chairs staying at the venue will be briefed during breakfast;
• opening and closing sessions are held in plenum, technical sessions all run in parallel;
• all coffee/tea/refreshment breaks last 30mins, lunch breaks last 90mins;
• guided poster sessions are part of the official technical program, to enhance communication in a relaxed and informal atmosphere;
• the organ recital is given in the nearby Nidaros Cathedral (originated in 997 AD), and the subsequent welcome reception (courtesy Trondheim Municipality) is given in the adjacent Archbishopric, both within 15min walking distance;
• a separate daytime activity program will be organized for spouses and accompanying persons;
• spouses and accompanying persons can also register at a reduced fee for the Ice-Breaker party and Welcome Reception on Monday, as well as for the conference banquet on Thursday.
