Nota bene: above conference program is tentative and still subject to change!

A few explanatory notes:

• workshops preceding the congress will end ultimately 17:00;
• the registration desk will be open on Saturday morning 08:30, and first three days of the conference until the end of the morning coffee break;
• Opening and Closing Sessions are held in plenum, Technical Sessions all run in parallel;
• all coffee/tea/refreshment breaks last 30mins, lunch breaks last 90mins;
• guided poster sessions are part of the official technical program, to facilitate communication with peers in a relaxed and informal atmosphere;
• the Welcome Function on Monday will be held away from the ICAM venue at ~15min walking distance;

Spouses and accompanying persons:

• are welcome to join the Ice Breaker Party on Sunday and Welcome Function on Monday at no additional cost;
• at the same rate;
• are allowed to buy tickets for the official ICAM Congress Banquet on Thursday
  can register for the separate daytime activity program for an additional fee. Further details are given elsewhere on this site.
