Contributing to the 10th ICAM proceedings requires the collaboration of authors to maximize effect with minimum effort. Only online submissions via this link shall be considered.
To start your submission, select “REGISTER” in the menu on top and complete the online form. You will then receive an e‑mail with further instructions to confirm your pre-registration. Once your registration is completed, you will have online access to your personal 10th ICAM account from any location, at any time. Multiple contributions sharing the same corresponding author will be collated in the corresponding author’s account. All editorial communication and status updates shall be directed through the editorial system.
To submit your preliminary abstract, select “submit new manuscript” on your account page, and follow the instructions given. There is no template for the preliminary abstract, but its length is limited to 300 words. Simply copy the text from your word processor and paste directly into the text box. Registration of complete co-author address details prevents double registrations and assists in assigning independent reviewers further down in the editorial process.
After you have uploaded your preliminary abstract, you have to inspect and approve your submission. Follow the instructions onscreen. Without approval, preliminary abstracts will not be submitted for review by the Scientific Committee.
Authors of accepted preliminary abstracts shall be invited to submit draft manuscripts of a full paper (limit 10 pages in print), extended abstract (limit 2 pages in print), and an A1 size (594×841mm) poster. Instructions and templates for preparation of text and artwork shall be provided.
Full papers and extended abstracts shall be peer-reviewed by an international board of reviewers in a single-blind process. Posters are not subject to peer-review. Instructions for revision of text and artwork must be followed strictly to allow final acceptance and publication in the congress proceedings.
